You Know That Being Cheap Is Not Always a Good Thing

Ugh my parents are CRAZY! I understand saving money, but I also know what being cheap is. So me and my mom went out Sunday. bad choice 
When we were at home, she told me I wasn't gonna be able to get more than 3 things unless I payed for the rest. So I was okay with that at the moment. So me and my mom went in the store and I picked out a sweater, and I guess that a size up was more expensive so when I got my size it was a little more costly. My mom saw everything about that shirt. We get to the register and when its time to pay, my mom is looking at me as if Im supposed to have the money or something. So I was like "mom.. are you gonna give her the money" and her being all smart said "no.. you are" so.. I walked out of the store leaving both my shirt and my mom in there. When my mom got back to the car she had a bag with a new dress for herself in it. So yeah I got punished.. 
Do you think I was wrong or her?

Ok so yesterday I had to go to my counseling class. My counselor diagnosed me with classic depression. Now when she brought my mom into the room to tell her, my mom was having an attitude and i didn't know why. Now my counselor said that in order for me to get better my mom can't be all in my face about everything. Now after that.. I did tell my mom she needed to lay off. So thats when she got very, very upset then she said. "Well fine.. you go be a depressed little...." then she walked away.. not even finishing her sentence. But the fact that she doesn't know how to express her feelings without anger just KILLS ME!!!! 
What should I do?

Can You Keep A Secret?

Ok.. so one of best friends at school is 'G-Unit' she is most of the time a really nice girl and she can keep a secret. But lately she has been the tell all girl and putting my business out there. I ride the bus with her, we live very close to each other, and we go to the same school. And on top of that, our moms' are  really good friends. If we didn't automatically have to be near each other.. I doubt that we would still be friends. But she told all these kids on the bus about how we made a cover to a song.. and it got kinda personal..  and she told them how personal. But I mean.. we borrow each others clothes and do each others hair. We are kind of like sisters.. but I know that with my own sister I can trust her to not tell anyone.

What should i do???
